1The text program
ELF Insurance, LLC ("ELF," "we," "us") sends text messages to people who have asked us about life insurance, final expense, mortgage protection, dental, vision and hearing coverage, and related insurance products. Texts may include answers to your questions, appointment reminders and scheduling links, follow-ups on quotes and applications, policy service updates, and occasional information about coverage you may be interested in.
2How you sign up
You agree to receive texts from ELF when you check the consent box on one of our online forms, sign up and check "OK to text" on a sign-up sheet or raffle entry at an event, book an appointment and give us your mobile number, or tell us directly that it's OK to text you. By opting in, you agree that ELF may send you texts at the number you provided, which may be sent using automated technology.
Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of buying any product or service.
3Message frequency and cost
- Message frequency varies, depending on your requests and appointments. We text between 8 AM and 8 PM Arizona time.
- Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile plan. ELF does not charge for texts.
4Stopping texts and getting help
- Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts. We'll send one message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and then no more texts unless you sign up again.
- You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT, or just tell us to stop in any way that's clear.
- Reply HELP to any text for help, or call 602-915-6852 or email [email protected].
- To start texts again after opting out, reply START or ask us.
5Your privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except the texting service providers who deliver our messages for us. 6Carriers and devices
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Texts are supported by most U.S. carriers. If you change or give up your mobile number, please tell us or reply STOP from that number so texts don't go to someone else.
